Bangalore Flea Market

This weekend I've been to the Second to None Flea Market, a place to buy & sell recycled and up-cycled products. I was pretty impressed by the way people have recycled everyday objects. These wine bottles were one of those things that caught my eyes.

They charged a small entry fee for adults and instead of issuing paper tickets, a seal was stamped on our hands.

Towel Day 2012

Happy Towel Day to all those who know where their towels are. In honour of Douglas Adams who gave us the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (The Trilogy in Five Parts) May 25 is observed as Towel Day. Without Douglas Adams we would have never known the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
